Information we collect
When you enquire or enrol we may collect your name, email address, phone number, lesson preferences, and the message you send. If you attend in person we may keep attendance records and payment references. We do not ask for broker passwords or full trading account credentials.
How we use information
- To reply to enquiries and administer bookings
- To deliver lesson materials you are entitled to receive
- To send schedule updates related to a lesson you booked
- To improve classroom logistics (for example, seating and remote links)
Legal bases and Australian context
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. We collect what we need to provide the service you requested and to meet record-keeping duties.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months. Enrolment and payment records are kept for seven years for accounting purposes unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier when we no longer need it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use email or scheduling providers who process data on our instructions. If a payment is taken offline via a bank transfer, your bank will process the transaction under its own terms.
International transfers
Some email or hosting providers may store data on servers outside Australia. Where that occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold. Contact info@diginfrastructure.digital. You may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are unsatisfied with our response.
